Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it except
for final sale items, ornament gift boxes, and custom orders.
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping
charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same
form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Policy
Standard ground shipments in the 48 contigous states: ships from our
California warehouse to arrive at your door generally within 12-15 business days.
Rush Delivery: (Inside the 48 contigous states excluding P.O. boxes or APO/DPO/FPO
addresses) Delivery options available: Next Day, Two Day, Three Day. Orders
placed after 12:00 PM PST on Fridays, will ship the following Tuesday.
Package Tracking / Order Status: Refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail for
tracking information. If you have not received a shipment confirmation e-mail,
